Shipping & Returns


Domestic orders will generally be processed within two to five(2-5) business days, but may take up to ten(10) business days. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. If an item is out of stock/on backorder, or it is during the holiday season, please expect a small delay. International orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive to their destination. Items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days. Returns/Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in resell-able condition. All rings and jewelry are custom made and are final sales. If you desire ring resize, please visit your local jeweler. Exchanges can only be performed if desired item is currently in stock. If the desired item is on back order you will be notified and given the subsequent options. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges, including the shipment back to purchaser on exchanges. We charge 10% Restock Fee on your returned item. We are not responsible for returned items insurance, you must provide and are responsible for your own shipping insurance. If any order or pre-order is cancelled by the buyer, there will be a fee charged to the buyer. Buyer will not recieve a full refund. We do not refund any shipping costs. There will be a 20% cancellation fee on all returns.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed. You will receive a notification that your order has been refunded or your exchange item has been shipped out. Original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges. Please provide an envelope with $8 cash (for shipping costs) inside and a note explaining your new desired exchange. (If we do not receive the cash for shipping, we will not send the return.) Please email us your return package tracking number so that we can keep track of where your return exactly is.
